The Westlake Homeowners Association is a quiet neighborhood of approx 100 homes in Western Wyandotte county. It is nestled between Georgia and Leavenworth Road just east of I-435, close to The Legends.

Architectural Control Form
Requirements
All exterior work to homes, lawn, exterior decorating to include painting, staining, finish work, lawn ornaments, ANY construction, sheds, etc (this is NOT an inclusive list) requires prior approval from the Architectural Control Board Committee. The first step towards obtaining this approval is by submitting a completed Architectural Control Form.
How to Submit?
Download the Architectural Control Form (DOWNLOAD: pdf | doc), fill it out, and print it. Include all your contact info -- make sure to give your email address. Additionally, please attach any small paint chips, drawing, or material samples if they can be easily mailed. Mail to:

Once mailed you should also send an email to contactus [at] westlakekck.org or call one of the board members to let them know it has been submitted and to help expedite the process. You will then be contacted for further information if required or if it's fine as is, you will then be notified if it is approved.
Please note, you may be requested to drop the supporting materials/color swatches off at one of the board members' home to complete the submission.
Remember, simply submitting your control form request is not the same as getting it approved. You must be formally notified via phone or via email from a member of the Architectural Control Committee that your request has been approved.
